These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the physiotherapy services provided by Ezhil Group of Clinics. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our services.
Our services are administered by qualified physiotherapists based on patient-reported symptoms and medical history. However, the clinic does not offer medical diagnosis or guarantee specific outcomes. We recommend consulting with your physician before starting any therapy program.
Appointments can be made via phone or in person at our Ambattur, Avadi, or Redhills branches. A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a no-show fee.
Payment for services must be made in full at the time of consultation or treatment unless prior arrangements are made. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. Package-based services are non-transferable and non-refundable once availed.
Patients are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical history, informing staff of any allergies or pre-existing conditions, and following the physiotherapist’s instructions. Failure to cooperate may affect treatment outcomes and void liability on our part.
We expect all patients to treat our staff and other patients with respect. Abusive behavior, harassment, or non-compliance may result in service denial or permanent suspension of access to clinic facilities.
Any content on our website or printed materials is for educational purposes only and may not be reused, duplicated, or modified without written permission from Ezhil Group of Clinics.
We are committed to protecting your personal and medical data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your data will be accessed only by authorized staff and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless legally required.
